Each floor has a fully equipped bathroom with a shower, while the lower level features two pleasantly cool rooms. On the first floor, a spacious family room with a balcony awaits you, offering a view of the lush green mountains. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning and window screens to ensure maximum comfort.
The living area provides a dedicated relaxation space, featuring a Smart TV and a dining table for up to 10 people. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need (pots, tableware, and various appliances): microwave, electric oven, dishwasher, stovetop with an extractor hood, refrigerator, and a Lavazza A Modo Mio capsule coffee machine.

La casa di Palmina è esattamente ciò che mi aspetto da Airbnb: un alloggio vissuto e amato, non una stanza standardizzata e senz’anima!
Questa casa non è solo arredata con gusto, ma offre anche il massimo comfort per chi vuole godersi appieno la propria vacanza. La veranda e il giardino sono ben ventilati, ed è un piacere cenare sotto le stelle.
Il (bellissimo) mare si raggiunge a piedi in pochi minuti (avevamo con noi bambini di 3 anni e un neonato, e ci siamo sempre spostati a piedi!). Nelle immediate vicinanze ci sono anche un bar, una tabaccheria, un supermercato e una pescheria – tutto ciò che serve per un soggiorno piacevole.
Palmina è stata estremamente disponibile e paziente, nonostante le abbia comunicato l’orario di arrivo solo all’ultimo momento e abbia restituito in ritardo il secondo mazzo di chiavi che avevo preso per sbaglio (mi scuso ancora tantissimo!!!!).
Chi vuole vivere una vacanza perfetta dovrebbe assolutamente soggiornare nella casa di Palmina!!!

This villa was everything we dreamed of and more! Palmina is an exceptional host – she is a great communicator and has made the villa into the perfect place to stay. Having such an amazing place to socialise together (we were a big group of 10 people) made it so worthwhile. Would definitely recommend a visit!

Wir hatten einen rundum gelungenen Aufenthalt in Sardinien! Wir waren mit 4 Erwachsenen und einem Kind unterwegs. Die Unterkunft ist sehr gut ausgestattet, sehr sauber und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Es gibt genügend Platz draußen und drinnen, um sich zu entspannen, zusammen zu sitzen oder draußen die Sonne zu genießen. Die Vermieterin stand uns jederzeit für Fragen oder Tipps zur Tagesgestaltung zur Verfügung. Unsere Zufriedenheit lag ihr sichtlich am Herzen! Die Lage der Unterkunft war für uns sehr gut. Ein kleiner Supermarkt und ein Restaurant sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Insgesamt waren wir an 4 verschiedenen Stränden in der Umgebung. Am besten hat uns allerdings der Strand direkt vor Ort gefallen. Mit dem Mietwagen ist man in 45min in Cagliari oder im nahegelegenen Nationalpark. Von uns eine absolute Empfehlung und ein großes Dankeschön an Palmina!
